Salary: $4,698.00/mo
Description: 
This position will be primarily responsible for representing the State of Oregon in child support enforcement proceedings, juvenile dependency and delinquency proceedings. This deputy may be regularly called on to assist in the discharge of other responsibilities within the District Attorney’s Office as needed.
 
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of law and be a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar.  Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Oregon Driver’s License; safe driving record.   Those employed in this position are subject to drug testing and a background investigation, including criminal background investigation.  Conviction of a crime may disqualify an individual for this classification.  Must pass and maintain Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) security clearance

This position will be primarily responsible for the prosecution of misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses from the time of issuance through ultimate resolution.  This deputy may be regularly called on to assist in the discharge of other responsibilities within the District Attorney’s Office as needed.
 
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of law and be a member in good standing of the Oregon State Bar.  Possession of or ability to obtain a valid Oregon Driver’s License; safe driving record.   Those employed in this position are subject to drug testing and a background investigation, including criminal background investigation.  Conviction of a crime may disqualify an individual for this classification.  Must pass and maintain Criminal Justice Information Systems (CJIS) security clearance
