Police Memorial Ceremony to Recognize Fallen Officers

Across from the Anne G. Basker Auditorium

Police Memorial Week, this year May 15th through May 21st, honors all United States law enforcement officers who have given their lives to safeguard our rights and freedoms.

On behalf of all law enforcement agencies in our community, I invite you to join us in remembering those officers and showing our appreciation for the sacrifices they and their families have made.

Please join us as law enforcement officers from the Josephine County Sheriff's Office, Grants Pass Department of Public Safety, Oregon State Police, United States Forest Service and Oregon Bureau of Land Management gather to salute their memory on Monday, May 16th, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at the Newman United Methodist Church on 6th Street, between A and B Streets.

Below is a roll call of the law enforcement personnel who have lost their lives while on duty, serving Josephine County.
