Immunization Clinic Services

The 2013 recommended immunization schedules for children and adolescents (birth through 18 years) and adults (19 years old and older) are now available online in the January 28 CDC’s Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) Supplement at http://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/preview/mmwrhtml/mm62e0128a1.htm?s_cid=mm62e0128a1_w

Immunization Clinic is open :

APPOINTMENT ONLY Monday Tuesday and Thursday

9:00 - 3:30 p.m. (CLOSED FOR LUNCH 12:00-12:30) 

NO IMMUNIZATIONS ON WEDNESDAYS

 

RECOMMENDED SCHEDULE for Children

Birth: Hepatitis B

2 mos: DTaP, Polio, HIB, Hep B, Prevnar & Rotavirus

4 mos: DTaP, Polio, HIB & Prevnar & Rotavirus

6 mos:  DTaP, Polio, HIB, Hepatitis B & Prevnar

12-15mos:  DtaP, Hib, MMR (measles, mumps and rubella)   Prevnar, Varicella (chicken pox) Hepatitis A with a follow up dose 6 mos. later

4-6 yrs:  DTaP, Polio, MMR & Varicella

11-12 yrs:  Tdap Booster, MCV4 and HPV for girls age 9-26, boys age 9-21 and 22-26 for high risk men **(MMR Booster, Varicella, Hep A series & Hep B series if not received earlier)

All State supplied vaccines (VFC) are $21.96 administration fee per injection.
