For most individuals dealing with the Sheriff's Office, the Records Division is their primary point of contact. All calls, other than 9-1-1 calls for service are answered and processed by the Division. The Records Division is also responsible for Uniform Crime Reporting Data entry (reporting crime to the federal government). Each year the Deputies of the Records Division enter thousands of UCR-reportable crimes along with all other non-reportable crimes into the Office's Records Management System.
All non-emergency phone calls come through this Division, telephone number (541) 474-5123 and then press "5".
