**TREASURER must be elected at the November General Election. The race will only appear on the May ballot if there are 3 or more filed candidates for the position. If a candidate wins the majority of the votes cast at the May Election (50% + 1), they will advance to the General Election alone. If no candidate wins the majority of the votes cast, then the top two vote getters advance to the General Election.

Measure Argument Filing Period: Upon measure filing - March 23, 2020
 
 
County: Filing Deadline-03/19/2020
Measure numbers for county referrals are assigned when the Governing Body of the County files form SEL 801 (Notice of County Measure Election) with the county elections department. Form SEL 801 may not be filed until after the completion of the ballot title challenge period. Any voter dissatisfied with a ballot title may petition the circuit court to review the ballot title. Notices are removed from this section after the 7 day ballot title challenge period has ended.
